Reliable testing and verification are essential to our recovery from the pandemic and our return to work as safely and quickly as possible. On April 8, 2020, the Department of Health and Human Services announced that licensed pharmacists are now authorized to order and administer FDA-approved COVID-19 tests. This affirmed what we already know and believe to be true—community pharmacists are the trusted and valued healthcare professionals we need to play a critical role in our COVID testing strategy.
We are partnering with a coalition of licensed pharmacies and other industry leaders to make COVID-19 testing and verification accessible, secure and convenient for employers and their employees through our platform.

Updates for Plan Members
We have taken immediate action to ensure you continue to have access to the medications and services you need.
Home Delivery: Several pharmacies in our network have confirmed that they now have free or low-cost prescription home delivery. Call your pharmacist to see if this service is available.
Early Refills: All benefit plans have authorized us to allow early refills of your maintenance medications (excluding certain medications like opioids and stimulants) through May 4, 2020.
